01General Information

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the haji website (haji.ws) and all associated services. They constitute a legally binding agreement between the entity operating haji ("haji", "we", "us") and the user of the website ("you", "member", "user").

Haji is an internationally licensed online gaming and lottery platform. We provide a secure and transparent gaming environment built specifically for users in Bangladesh. Our goal is to ensure a fair, safe, and enjoyable experience for every member.

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali so every member can understand them with ease. However, in the event of any legal interpretation, the original English version shall take precedence.

02Registration & Account

To register on haji, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details will result in account termination, and all funds in the account may be forfeited.

• Each individual may register one account only.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must remain active.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (password) secure.
• Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• If you need to update your details, please contact our support team.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required after registration.

03Age Verification

Haji strictly enforces an 18+ policy. Protecting minors from gaming is one of our highest priorities. At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Haji may request age verification documents at any time. Withdrawals may be held pending verification. If it is found that a minor has been using an account:

1. The account will be closed immediately.
2. All deposited funds will be refunded, but any bonuses will be forfeited.
3. The relevant authorities may be notified.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

Haji supports various mobile banking services for deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All payment transactions are processed through SSL encryption.

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is 1,000 BDT.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours.
• The account used for deposits and the account used for withdrawals must be the same.
• Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are not accepted.
• If unusual transactions are detected, your account may be temporarily suspended pending verification.

To prevent money laundering, Haji strictly follows international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies. We are legally obligated to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

05Bonuses & Promotions

Haji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and wagering requirements — please read them carefully before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirements (typically 30x–40x).
• If wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being terminated.
• Haji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.

06Betting Rules

Haji offers Sports Betting, lottery, and casino games. Each game category has its own specific rules, available in detail on the respective game page. General betting rules are outlined below:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If abnormal odds are displayed due to a technical error, haji reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will be considered void and your funds will be returned.
• Any bet placed by exploiting a system or software error will be voided.
• Lottery draw results are final and no objections will be entertained.
• Maximum bet limits may vary by game and market.

All games on haji use a certified RNG (Random Number Generator), which is regularly audited by a third party. This ensures every outcome is completely random and not predetermined.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the haji platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and potential legal action:

• Placing bets using any software, bot, or automated system.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of a match or event.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Using haji for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Using haji's brand, logo, or content without authorization.
• Creating multiple accounts using false identities.

08Account Closure & Suspension

Haji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason. Common grounds for this action include:

• If these terms and conditions are violated.
• If fraud or deception is suspected.
• If age verification fails.
• Failure to submit KYC documents.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closure. If a balance remains at the time of closure, it will be refunded within seven business days.

09Limitation of Liability

Haji provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for uninterrupted service, disruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or other reasons.

• Haji is not liable for any losses caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Haji is not directly liable for errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Haji will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a user's own negligence.
• Haji is not liable for financial losses from gambling — gaming is entirely at your own risk.

That said, haji is always committed to delivering the best experience for its members. If a technical error causes a member to suffer a loss, the matter will be reviewed and appropriate compensation will be arranged.

10Privacy

Haji takes the protection of your personal data extremely seriously. Our full privacy policy is published separately. The key points are:

11Legal Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by international gaming law. Any disputes will first be referred to Haji's support team for resolution.

If the matter cannot be resolved through support, it will proceed to international arbitration. Both parties agree that the arbitration decision is final and binding.
